Scene 1
At A Carnival & Inside The film-box
A film-box runner enters a Carnival. The film-box movie character enters with him. The film-box runner sets up the film-box.
The film-box runner tests the film-box. He inserts a test film and runs the box. The film-box movie character does a dance.
Satisfied, the film-box runner stops the film and waits for customers.
Scene 2
At The Carnival
The kid enters the carnival looking at the attractions. The film-box runner sees the kid as a potential customer and calls him out.
The kid is curious and excited about the film-box and goes towards it.
The film-box runner asks for the money. The kid says that only if the film reel is good he will pay.
The film-box runner, confident about his film reels, agrees to it.
He shows the kid the first reel.
The film-box movie character is now a Tyrannosaurus in the Jurassic period. The kid magically goes inside the film-box.
Scene 3
Inside The film-box
The kid is scared of the Tyrannosaurus and runs around to escape from it.
The kid somehow manages to come out of the film-box.
Scene 4
At The Carnival
The kid says the movie was too scary and he did not like it.
The film-box runner now understands that the kid is not easier to please. So, he puts a reel into the film-box about a flying man.
Which kid does not like flying men?
The character now is a flying man. As the kid sees, the flying man puts on his wings and starts the flight.
The kid again magically enters the film-box,
Scene 5
Inside The film-box
The kid starts falling from the sky. To stop the fall, the kid catches hold of flying man.
The flying man continues flying, The kid is scared and holds on to flying man tightly.
After some moments of flight, the flying man lands. The kid lets go of the flying and walks waywardly as his head is spinning outside the film-box.
Scene 6
At The Carnival
The kid says again the movie was scary and he did not like it. The film-box runner is now determined to impress the kid.
So, he puts a reel into the film-box about dance.
The film-box character starts to dance. The kid is happy to see the dance and again stumbles into the film-box.
Scene 7
Inside The film-box
The kid starts dancing with the dancer and is very happy.
He dances his way out of the box.
Scene 8
At The Carnival & Inside The film-box
The kid is very happy. The film-box runner is satisfied and asks for the money. The kid says he does not have the money.
And tries to run. The film-box runner, now angry, catches the kid and pushes him inside the film-box using some magic.
The kid now is part of the film-box.
To test if the magic was effective, the film-box runner again puts the test film. Now, both the kid and the film-box movie character do the same dance.
The film-box runner is happy with this and smiles. He sees that it has become night and he closes his film-box and starts walking out of Carnival.
The kid and the film-box movie character walk out with the film-box runner.
The stage closes

(Author Notes: This script is for a play of mime format, all the dialogues are supposed to be showcased through actions. The film-box here refers to Bioscope, shown below for reference. More about bioscope can be found here as well. The story is inspired by the comics called Jantar Mantar. The characters get magically transported to the historical times or mythological world, which the bioscope would be showcasing. I didn't get much information about this comics online. But, I have a screenshot of a page from that comic below.)
